This is why we have so eagerly embraced the Total Quality Management concepts, and why we are making every effort to realize said concepts, confident we will reap important rewards as a result.
Total Quality Management – in other words, customer satisfaction (of both external and internal clients), collaboration with suppliers, development of human resources, concern for their safety and respect for nature and the environment in which we work – is both a business management philosophy and a modus operandi geared towards continuous improvement. As such, it entails the constant involvement of the whole company and all company processes and is also perfectly in line with the ten universal principles set out in the "Global Compact": an international network that we have joined and take part in.
Consequently, everyone is required to show motivation, skill, enthusiasm, collaboration, perseverance, respect for laws and speed in implementing changes to bring improvements.
This is the only way to achieve our strategic objective of establishing partnerships in the networking area with the greatest possible number of clients and to gain a greater competitive edge, which ultimately results in improved operating results.
