Environment. Environmental policy
We've always strived to create and sustain a healthy, safe and serene working environment: in short, a place where people are happy to come to work.
Being aware of the importance of natural balance, of respecting this balance and saving energy resources, we have the same approach to the outside environment. As a result, having taken a close look at our activities and how they relate to the environment, we can now draw up our Environmental Policy, put our names to it and make it public.

- implement, keep active and improve an effective Environmental Management System in line with ISO 14001 standards and in full compliance with current environmental legislation;
- prevent, manage and, where possible, reduce environmental impacts generated directly or indirectly by our activities;
- constantly monitor our use of energy resources by taking steps to reduce consumption, by looking into less pollutant resources and using renewable energies based on cost/benefit analysis;
- monitor consumption of paper, packaging and printer inks, attempting to reduce them and to use recycled products;
- make every effort to implement projects using, wherever possible, energy-efficient equipment with a low environmental impact and the highest degree of recyclability;
- conceive and offer clients "Green IT" services (e.g. collection and ecologically sound reuse of obsolete products);
- handle the scrapping of electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) and general waste according to current laws;
- train and refresh staff and independent contractors regarding respect for the environment as a whole and encourage them to propose solutions to bring improvements;
- ask staff, contractors and partners to act in an environmentally conscious way, where possible making this a term of the contract;
- join and continue to take part in the Global Compact initiative in embracing the ten universal principles in the areas of human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption.
