About us. Licences and permits

In compliance with the national regulations in force, Lantech Solutions have all the required licences and permits in place:

Ministerial Licence, Level 1

for the installation, connection and testing of internal Telecommunications systems, awarded on 06.08.1999 by the Italian Ministry of Economic Development and Communications. According to Italian law 109 of 28/03/1991 and ministerial decree (D.M.) 314 of 23/05/92, only companies holding the Ministerial Licence can install and maintain telecommunications systems, perform operational testing and issue the client with the required documents. Employing the services of a licensed company therefore means the client is provided with the assurance of safe and fully operational systems that meet current code.

SOA certificate no. 0660/49/01

granted on 10/09/2004 by SOAIMPIANTI S.p.A., issued for the "OS19" category for values up to 1,032,913 euros.In conformity with Italian decree (D.P.R.) no. 34 of 25/01/2000, Lantech Solutions are authorized to carry out public works as they meet the requirements of a general, technical/organizational and economic/financial nature laid down in the regulations. The certificate is not just a legal obligation, it is also an assurance of the transparency and reliability of the company holding the certificate, effectively guaranteeing that said company has the means to ensure a job is carried out expertly.

Licence to produce and maintain electrical and electronic systems

in conformity with the provisions of Italian legislative decree (D.Lgs.) 37/2008 of 22.01.2008 (formerly law 46/90), which requires companies to comply with safety rules, to guarantee system conformity and to protect the environment.
